At Phillip Samuels, all our purchases are shipped out of one of our warehouses in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. We do this to facilitate delivery and other administrative bottlenecks. All our packages are shipped by the local postal system's expedited or Express service and are fully trackable. However, there may be occasions when a particular item is not available at one location and has to be shipped from another location.

Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can, at his/her convenience, check the location of their package and be able to tell when it would arrive.

International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state/provincial taxes. As much as we endeavor to ease these concerns for our customers, we are not responsible for customs duties or local taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive.
